Robert helped me a lot. I came to college applications with zero knowledge about how anything worked or how to even start, but he made the whole process run smoothly. He was very involved and took great care to understand my interests and help keep my college options open. I think the tasks, especially the essays, seemed overwhelming at first, but Robert made sure things get done, commenting on drafts and keeping me from procrastinating. He also gave thorough instruction on my activities and was really helpful. From beginning to end, Robert was always available to talk, was encouraging, knew what to do and how to help, and was the ideal individual to help me through this process.
