Master Admissions Plan. One plan, built into one home base, for any grade from 9th through 12th.
Plan it together. Use it through senior year.
Not sure which sprint you need? Start here. In three sessions, Robert plans your teen’s path across coursework, testing, activities, major direction, the college search, and admission strategy. Then he builds it into your Admissions HQ: a Google Drive home base your family works from all the way through senior year.
Many families find it’s all they need to move forward on their own. Others use it as the starting point for whichever sprint comes next.

Sprints can be combined. Not sure which mix fits your teen? Email Robert and he'll tell you honestly.
For students in 9th through 11th grade who want to build a stronger foundation before applications open. A real plan, a deliberate activities profile, and a clear sense of where your teen is headed.
Most families start with the MAP Sprint. It works as the starting point before any other sprint on this page, at any grade. See the MAP Sprint above.
Best for: teens whose activities feel thin or scattered.
Robert looks at everything your teen is doing and writes a specific plan for what to add, pursue more seriously, or reframe before applications open. A real playbook, not just a conversation.
Best for: teens who aren't sure yet what they want to study.
Robert works one-on-one with your teen to explore two to four real academic directions, which programs to look at, and any impacted-major concerns, plus a clear way to talk about those interests in essays.
Best for: families who want next summer to count.
Robert researches programs at every selectivity level, times test prep, and maps project and coursework directions into a week-by-week Summer Roadmap. The Application Track adds essays for up to four selective programs. Most deadlines fall November through March, so September through January is the time to book.
One sprint, built around finding the right colleges for your specific teen. Researched by Robert personally, written up in detail, and balanced across moonshot, reach, target, and likely schools.
Best for: families who need a real college list and don't have time for the research.
After a Discovery Session on what matters to your teen (including the real financial floor and ceiling), Robert personally researches every school and writes up why it belongs. For LGBTQ+ students, every campus is screened with his 5 Ps framework for safety and affirmation.
Sprints for the application season covering activities, essays, a final expert review before you submit, and interview preparation. Pick what your teen needs, and everything can be combined.
Best for: teens filling out the Activities section of the Common App or UC Application.
Robert works through every activity, job, sport, honor, and project so your teen shows what they made happen, not just what they did. Spotlight adds the UC Application. Both tiers include the Dazzling Activities course.
Best for: teens facing the personal statement, UC essays, or supplements.
Robert leads every session himself: Brainstorm wide, find the right story, get specific, and draft until it sounds like your teen. Spark covers one essay type, Ember two, and Flame all three (up to ten supplements). Fall starts cost more because the timeline is compressed.
Best for: families who want an expert read before hitting submit.
Robert reviews every section and sends written notes two to three days before a 60-minute debrief, so you can decide what, if anything, to change before the deadline.
Best for: teens with an alumni, scholarship, boarding school, or summer program interview coming up.
Robert prepares your teen to walk in grounded, specific, and sounding like themselves, on purpose. Poised and Polished adds a second session and parent prep for boarding and private school families.
If your teen is applying to private day schools or boarding schools, the Poised and Polished Sprint and the Spark Sprint work together for both interview preparation and application essays. Email Robert to discuss the right combination for your family's specific situation.
Sprints for December deferrals, spring waitlists, and final enrollment decisions. These are the most time-sensitive sprints in the portfolio, and most can be completed in a week when needed.
Best for: teens deferred in December or waitlisted in spring.
A deferral or waitlist keeps the door open, and a strong letter of continued interest can make a difference. Robert writes it with your teen so it sounds like them at their best. Full Season covers both windows without starting over.
Best for: families comparing acceptances and financial aid offers.
Robert weighs fit (program strength, campus culture, support for your teen's goals) and turns every award letter into a real net cost. He also coaches merit reconsideration and, when need-based aid falls short, helps review a financial aid appeal letter. You leave with a clear recommendation and the real numbers.
For college students who are ready to find a better fit. The transfer process has different rules, different essays, and a tighter timeline than first-year admissions, and most students navigate it without any expert guidance at all.
Best for: college students ready to transfer to a better fit.
Robert builds your transfer strategy, college list, and essays with you, so your story reads as moving toward something you've chosen. California community college students get his specific knowledge of UC transfer pathways, TAG, Cal State ADTs, and ASSIST.org. Both tiers include the Dazzling Activities and Effortless UC Essays courses.
Tell me where you are in the process and I'll point you in the right direction. Share your teen's grade, what you're working on, and what feels most urgent. I'll tell you what makes sense, even if the answer is "you don't need a sprint yet."
